Mission Statement
We have provided services to many people over the years and have worked with Engineers, Architects, City Officials and Planning & Review Committees in many cities and States. After hurricane Katrina we mobilized our forces and went down to help out in the disaster area's. Local people were in bad shape and city an state officials were overwhelmed with problems. We were able to provide some relief over that period of time but insurance companies moved very slow and not much help could be done until the adjusters did their jobs.
Now we are focused on delivering the same help to our local communities and provide service and compassion to you. Over the last several years we have noticed that many would be carpenters and laborers have jump into the Contractors game and have polluted the name. Many builders have never framed a house or cut a board, I personally know of several of these type of people and it just baffles me how they can claim all the years in the industry and never built a house from ground up themselves.
You can hire sub-contractors all day long and do the exact same thing! Is being a builder then just understanding clerical details on how to get a bid and pay an invoice, I don't think so! You have to be able to see the structure in you head and when you start on a project you think about when you sleep. Solving problems in the field is a daily routine that can require telling trades how and when they can proceed in order to maintain a schedule. Projected target dates and over runs can happen but to minimize these problems you need to be creative and decisive on how to eliminate them and move on.
That is what you are hiring when you hire us to build your project.
Combining forces with specific talents we have over 60 years in the building industry.
Reference List
Due to the ability of identity theft and phone harassment many of my customers do not like the idea of posting their contact information on the internet. I have talked to several of my clients and asked them if they would mind receiving a reference call. Many are open to the idea but several oppose the idea of a late night call from a person shopping for a contractor. In order to insure privacy for our customers we will only give out certain name's and number's upon request only, and the call will have to be made during business hours.
